we wont panic...

With the Millers losing 3 of the crunch games against fellow teams in the promotion mix-up, Robbo has seen his team fall out of the automatic promotion places.

Speaking to todays 'Tiser, Robins was still confident. "I'm not panicking. Whatever will be, will be, I'm not saying that flippantly, but we've always said that this team is a work in progress and the players need to be given time to develop." he said.

"Every single team will have a blip at some point in the season and we're having one now. We're on a poor run but we're not playing particularly poorly and we'll keep working hard and push on."

"The players have done fantastic this season and I'm not about to attack them." He added.

According to the 'Tiser, Robbo was out scouting players on Wednesday night, however as usual was tight-lipped on who his targets are, although a striker has been called for by fans for some time with our current crop of strikers stuttering.

"Strikers are judged on goals but we have done well in terms of goal-scoring this season, Our midfielders have weighed in with a few."

"As long as you are scoring, you are giving yourself a chance, and we are scoring. Darlington have spent a lot of money but they only keep winning games 1-0. That would worry me more. We're creating chances, we just need to take more of them."

"It's true that I'm looking around at players but if you want to bring in people who are better than the ones you've got then it's going to cost a fair few quid. I'm happy with what I've got but if I can get help then I will."

New signing Joe Widdowson signed this week and could figure in tomorrows game, "He's a good prospect, he's not frightened of a battle and he comes well recommended. Coming from West Ham, I would expect him to be a good passer of the ball." Robins said of the youngster.
