Vernazza's time at Millmoor has not been the best and its probably a good thing that he moves on for both player and club, he was one of the higher paid players apparently.
Paulo made 31 appearances for the Millers, scoring just the 1 - an own goal.
Vernazza told Barnets official website, "I am happy to have signed for the club and hopefully it will give me the opportunity to play regular first team football. I know I will have to fight for me place but I am up for the challenge."
