“I’m going to try and get him to stay, good centre-forwards are at a premium, I shall be speaking to Ryan and outlining my plans for the future and what I can do for him and how he can progress and, hopefully, he’ll be interested. He is still young with lots of potential." Scott said.
“It is important he continues his development and I believe I’m the right man to help him. It would certainly be a shame if he went somewhere else and stopped playing regular first team football."
“He’s under 24, as is Nicky Law, which means a club gets compensation, but we don’t want to lose such players.” he added
