But the club have also asked undecided fans to get a ticket and reassured them on the future of the club given the current court case against CF Booth - the clubs landlords.
"There is a lot of scepticism and misunderstanding about the court case with the Booth family. If we were to lose it then it wouldn't mean there would be no football club. We would survive and go back to being sitting tenants." he explained
"We want to thank everyone who have taken out season tickets so far. We are delighted with their response but we need more to do so to give us a stronger chance in League Two next season. Clubs are all competing for the same players and the extra funds from season ticket sales can give us a boost and that little bit of an edge. With the proper backing, we can go far." he added.
Fans have until the end of June to buy thier season ticket with 5% discount for renewals and 2.5% for new holders.
