Mark Robins pleased with the narrow defeat to Shrewsbury.

Robins spoke to the press and commented: "I didn't feel that there was much in the first red card but the referee had been threatening to send Drewe off, said Robins after the game.

"I had thought about replacing him about 25 seconds before he was sent off but it was such an innocuous challenge to be sent off for."

On the sending off of Stockdale he went on to say:

"I also thought that Stockdale was a little unlucky to be sent off but after he has been rounded he was the last man and now we have lost both players for next week."

Overall the team perfomance for him was pleasing. "I thought that we were magnificent today" he said.

"We were in control without creating any real clear cut chances right up to the first man being sent off and they never looked liked scoring. If you ask Shrewsbury I think that they will tell you that they are relieved to win with the penalty. Even at nine men we were unlucky not to nick a goal because we did threaten during the closing stages", added Robins.

"It was the right way to play because they have only conceded six goals and when you come to a side that are doing well at home you have to give them some respect. Overall we did well so it was a shame that the game was spoilt by losing two men."
