The Robins have won three of their last four games and closed the gap on leaders Forest in midweek, Knill insists his squad, which is set to remain unchanged, are prepared for another battle.

He told the Rotherham Star: "This will be a hard game, make no mistake. We've just had two tough home games on the spin in Forest and Yeovil and this will be equally as tough.

"But Gary Johnson (Bristol City manager) will be equally aware that his side face a tough game - he's a shrewd guy who won't be kidded by our position down there.

"We have to make sure that we are ready for another big challenge tomorrow and, for me, it's like it being a clash between two teams in the top six. They are a good side and all I can do is set my team up and let's see what we can do.

"We have taken good strides forward but we still have plenty to do down where we are.

"Last week's win did enable us to open a little gap but we have to keep pushing onwards and upwards the best we can.

"This is a big month with a lot of games in it and, while this goes for most teams, it is a month that can set you up."

As usual we'll have all the reaction to tomorrow's game plus your chance to vote for the man of the match over the weekend, so keep it MAD.
