Shakers boss Richie Barker has one or two injury headaches in the past week and Harrad will go back to fight for a starting place with the League One side.
Scott said after the 1-0 win over Plymouth: "Shaun will be going back unfortunately, we'll keep in touch with Bury and see if Richie's thoughts change or the situation changes though.
"Shaun is disappointed he has to go back and we are disappointed too.
"I've one or two irons in the fire and we can't really afford to be a man down at this stage of the season so I hope to get someone else in. The phone is on and it will be ringing."
