Rotherham's 2-1 reverse to Colchester was there third consecutive home defeat and despite having the chances to win the game were unable to stop the rot that stretches back to September 10th and Harford realises the severity of the situation. Talking to the Rotherham Star he said: "When you have not won for 12 games, I class that as serious. A tally of 18 points from 17 games is not good enough and we need to improve. Certainly the fans deserve better than what they have had over the last 12 games."
Will Millers05 sack their second manager inside a year?

Harford, who's first crack at management is in danger of turning in to a complete disaster, had admitted that he has questioned himself during the barron spell. "The first thing I did on Saturday night was look at myself. Did I pick the right team? Did I make the right substitutions? I undertand people's concerns and worries and we have to get back to what we were early season. I'm confident we can turn the corner but we are in a bit of a mess".
