Good to have Haggerty involved - Robins

One of those involved at the weekend was 17 year-old defender David Haggerty, called up to the England U18 sqaud to face Austria along with goalkeeper Mark Oxley.

A mystery virus runnning through the camp means that Jamie Yates had to pull out of the Brentford defeat, whilst Ian Ross was taken off and sent home at half time.

Robins is happy for his young guns to get involved in the action though. Of Haggerty, he told the Star: "It was good experience for him to be involved and, if I have to, then I will call up youngsters but we are down to the bare bones in terms of numbers."

He continued: "Pablo Mills was close to missing the game after taking a knock in training on Friday and he had an eye injury and it almost closed up completely but he managed to play.

"Despite losing so late on and with all the things going on, the players had a really good session yesterday and there was a good spirit about the place. It is hard for everybody, the players are suffering, so is the manager and the supporters are too. "

Just a reminder of the Millers' Trust meeting, open to all fans, in the RUFC Suite at 7.30pm tomorrow night (Wednesday 9th).
