Coleman facing directors club ban?

Last updated : 10 April 2008 By Deano
It was reported in the press and online that Coleman, who has seen the Millers slide through a CVA and now undertake administration for the second time since 2006, cannot hold a 30% share or indeed become a future director at any football league club.

League rules state that no individual can be a part of two periods of insolvency whilst on the board at any club.

Denis took charge in March '06 just before the club entered it's CVA, but the football league would seem set to impose such a ruling if he applied to them in the future to become a director at any football club - a little harsh?.
