Without actually saying what the case is in detail apart from labeling the original deal where former chairman Ken Booth claimed ownership of the ground a sham.

Coleman told the 'Tiser "Our lawyers and the board of directors are very confident. We have put a case together and it a case of law. The firm advising us, Walker Morris are experts in their field and are very reputable."

"They believe we have a watertight challenge and so do we. It is a very complex case, but we want to assure supporters that our lawyers are the tops in their field."

Coleman also went on to scotch rumours that the legal case was also costing the club a fortune and said that the clubs directors were meeting the cost from their own pockets. "Contrary to what some people have been saying, this case is not costing the club fortunes in legal fees."

"All the money is budgeted and accounted for. All we are intrested in is getting Rotherham United back where it belongs. Supporters have to accept that for the club to move forward this is the only option." Coleman added.
