Robbo satisfied with a point

Without playing to their best, Rotherham stuck at their task after a slow start to the game and Robbo was happy enough with the end result.

"We could have had all three points but as well we could have lost them. It was a tough game as they had done their homework on us, they came last week to watch us."

"The way they set off made it difficult for us while we were slow to get off our bus from the journey across in the first 15/20 minutes we just had'nt got started or got near anybody, but thankfully they didn't go on and finish the game off as they could have done. Andy Warrington made a couple of good saves"

"We rode our luck until half time and while it was one nil you'vee always had a chance. We proved that way with a great ball in and a great header from Ian Sharps."

"Thankfully we were on level terms but then conceded from a set piece when they changed things round and we just switched off slightly in the penalty area. We've had words about it and they need to know what needs to be done when you are defending but they dragged us out a bit and the smallest man on the pitch scored at the far post. That was really disappointing."

"We were up against it again but came back and it was another decent delivery from Stephen Brogan so all in all it was a just result."

"I dont think we were outplayed, we were outfought! Outdone in terms of winning first balls and second balls but I think we came into it when we started to pass the ball. They had set their stall out to make it difficult for us and do the horrible things that teams don't like doing against them. We've got to cope with that, we coped with it in the second half which was the pleasing aspect and I think really we were on top in terms of football and could have gone on to win the game."

"Ian Sharps had a goal disallowed but I thought it was a perfectly good goal, I thought we were due a penalty in the first half, their lad was jumping all over the back of Dereck Holmes, so that was dissapointing but at the end of the game it was a fair result and another lesson along the way."
"We 've had two away games and two difficult ones, we know its going to be tough and need that little extra spark. I think that was a decent performance all in all."

"Danny Harrison did'nt play as his wife has gone into labour, hopefully she will have had the baby now and everythings gone ok for them."

"We had one or two problems with injury, Peter Holmes had a knock during the Peterborough game and had an injection before the game, with Mark Hudson and Danny Harrison missing we've the bulk of the midfield struggling or out. But I think the 2 lads that played today, Stephen Brogan coming back, it took him a while to settle down but he got to grips with it in the end and that will do him the world of good, while I though Marcus Bean did well again."
