A - Yellow and indirect free kick
B - Red and indirect free kick
C - Yellow and penalty kick
D - Red and penalty kick
ANSWER
D - Red and penalty kick. Spitting was introduced into the laws as a direct free kick in 1995, so direct free kick. As it's in the defenders own penalty area it becomes a sending off and penalty kick.
