Last updated : 10 November 2006 By Bigrich.....
Hello there, Who are yer and how long have you supported the Posh?
My names Jonny Tindal and I have been supporting The Posh since 11/01/1992.

What made you support your club?
My father and I were new in town after moving up from North London and supporting Tottenham regularly. We drove past the ground and found that Posh were playing that day against Fulham, it all started from there with a 4-1 win.

Whats your favorite away day and why?
Wemberly 92' need I say more
Whats your proudest moment being a Peterborough Fan?
Beating Liverpool, It still feels like yesterday

And your most embarassing / disappointing?
Hard to say, We have had hundreds of poor performances under Barry Fry and the whole 10 years was embarassing but loosing to Cobblers last season hurt, it really hit home to me that they were the better side, they went up and we didn't, can't wait to do em again.
So who is your main rival?
This is one of much debate, the younger generation would say Cambridge but the older generation say Northampton. As Cambridge are pretty much extinct its Northampton
If Peterborough was a Song, what would it be, and why?
"Its the final countdown" because we are on the home straight and the takeover is imminant, ten years of hurt to be over
Whos your all time favorite player, and why?
Fred Barber, when I was a young lad and standing on my milk crate in the old terreced Glebe Road I used to love him running on with his mask on, I would be chanting "freddie, freddie, freddie" happy days
What's happening with this takeover??
Well Darragh McAnthony seems set on owning the club and moving us away from London Road to a fancy new 25,000 seater stadium. At the moment the takeover has been halted because the bloke who Barry sold the ground too (his mate) wants planning permission for a block of flats that will
encorporate a 2,000 seater stand and redevelop the Moys End terrace. Its very complicated as Colin Hill the owner of the land wants to get planning permission before the takeover has gone through and profit from the land that barry sold to him to "save the club from the property developers" instead Barry sold it to the property developers. On a lighter note Darragh came out the other day and quoted "It's been like falling in love with a married woman and waiting for her to get divorced" that was music to Posh fans ears.
What's your feelings on Barry Fry?
I can't relly put it into words, after 10+ years of him ruining the club, selling its assets and blaming the fans I just want him to ride off into the sunset with his big bags of cash and never to return. Its a sad fact that people can get away with what he has at a football club and still live happily ever after, very comfortably too I might add.
How's former Miller Guy Branston doing? Is he still a nutter?
He is still a complete nutter and doing well, he has made a couple of errors of late that have resulted in goals but all in all he seems full of passion and controls the back line well. Sometimes I wish he would choose the simple ball because he does love to hoof it.
Where's the money come from for your £1m bid for Izale McLeod?
Darragh McAnthony's back burner. I'm personally glad that deal didn't go through and believe that gave the football league the wrong impression of PUFC and prices will be hiked up when Posh come calling as a result

The Ron Manager programme, was it good for the club?? Did the club get much money for doing it?
Barry said we got £250.000 for it but thats peanuts compared to promotion.
When Sky turned up and we had just gone to Notts County and won with about 3000 travelling fans. By the end of the season Steve Bleasdale had been undermined by Barry Fry and Big Ron so he walked out (we can't blame him for that). Posh finished out of the playoffs with Barry as the manager.
Former posh winger David Farrell described the season as a joke so no it was not at all good for the club

One player from this division you would like in your team, and why?
Jamie Forester, I think he is set to move onwards and upwards as he is too good for this League.
Worried about losing any players come the January sales?
Not at all, with any luck we will ship out the rubbish and spend a decent amount of cash on a team to take us up. The main question is if Keith Alexander can spend wisely because he seems to enjoy buying donkeys.
Who's your strongest / Weakest link?
Danny Crow is our strongest link (many would disagree but he is the most talented player in the squad) when he is playing in a position that suits him, unfortunatly Keith Alexander seems to enjoy playing him out of position. Our weakest would be Jude Stirling, he has a very long throw but
that is all he is good for.
Predicted Line-up?
Tyler GK
Holden RB
Arber CB
Branston CB
Stirling LB
Newton RM
Huke CM
Butcher CM
Day LM
McLean CF
Crow CF
Predicted Score?
2-1 Posh

Whos going up??
Wasall
Swindon
Peterborough
MK Dons, in that order

And finally. Steak & Kidney, Meat & Tatty or Balti??
can't I have a chicken and mushroom?
