The gaffer slams his teams defending as he saw the Millers slump to a 3-1 defeat at Gillingham as we slip out of the automatic promotion places.
"In the first half our defending was pathetic, We couldn't handle Cody McDonald and you're never going to win games defending like that.
"He looked dangerous every time he got the ball but both of his goals were avoidable, it was just rank bad defending.
"We changed up the shape in the second half and to be fair to us we certainly improved. I thought it was definitely a hand ball on the line for Ian's (Thomas-Moore) strike and then they go up the other end and kill the game off.
"It should have been 2-2, and then two minutes later its 3-1 and it's all over."
