That was a wake up call - Knill

Talking to the press, Knill says, "I'm obviously dissapointed, I think they've had 5 shots and scored 4 goals. But it's a wake up call, just when you think your doing ok and heading in the right direction, Football has a habit of kicking you in the teeth. And theres no bigger kick in the teeth as a 4-0 home defeat."

"Oldham next week. Back to basics on the training ground and get organsed and to what we were like against Swindon and Bournemouth."

Asked if the players though of this game as an easy three points, "I think its easy to come into the game thinking that after playing so well. But you have to do all the same things again. When you come into this game its no different to last weeks game, you have to compete, stop them from playing and play the ball when youve got it."

"It was a strange game as they never really had a kick for 45 minutes until they scored the goal, then we concede stright after half time again from something that could have been cleared, its two nil and game over so you throw caution to the wind and they caught us with a wonder goal then again with a counter attack at the end."

"So yes dissapointed, but you have to take some positive out of it that we re-focus and we go again. We have already shown we are capable of beating teams, its a setback but we will reamain positive."

Talking of next weeks game against form boss Ronnie Moores Oldham "Every games been big since I took over, but Saturday will be a bit different with Ronnie Moore coming back but we will prepare properly for it, make sure everybody knows what theyre doing and what we're going to do about it."

"We had good chances, at 2-0 down you think no chance, but we changed the formation a bit and opened them up and had good chances, but we didnt take them. That is the difference, if you keep them out at the one end you have to put them away at the other and when you dont it makes it difficult."

Meanwhile Knill said that Michael Keane had suffered a reacurrence of his injury before the game.
