Not at the races going forward - Moore

Last updated : 03 February 2011 By Deano

Moore saw his side go down 1-0 at Port Vale in what he deemed an even contest for much of the night, but said his sides failings were down to a cutting edge attacking wise.

He briefly said afterwards to the press: "I thought it was a very even contest to be honest, especially the first half, where I thought we had the best of it.

"We huffed and puffed a bit going forward which is normally our strength, I think the five attacking players really weren't at their best today.

"We didn't get enough from the front three, well the front two and the two wide men. They're our way of winning games if you like, and when they are not quite all firing, it's very unusual."
