Mick: Millers Unfortunate Not To Win

The Millers had the better of the game and had a goal disallowed in the second half and the Millers Chief felt a little hard done by. Talking to the club's official site he said: " I was very disappointed we had a goal ruled out when a header was knocked to Michael Keane who scored so how the referee gave a free kick I just don't know. You can tell from the players' reaction that it's not a free kick. But that's the way it is as you just don't get the decisions when you are away. Overall we controlled the second half and were unfortunate not to win. We created three or four quality chances and we should have won but it's never easy at places like this so to keep a clean sheet is a decent performance. Everyone contributed."

Harford made a couple of changes to the starting team after a string of poor performances and he was pleased with how the replacements contributed. "I brought in Gary Montgomery in goal and he looked nice and confident although to be fair he didn't have a lot to do apart from a low save in the first half. He also dealt well with a cross in the second half when he was under pressure while his kicking was very good. I am pleased for him as he is a lovely lad and that will give him a bit of confidence. Jon Otsemobor came in and I thought he did very well. The first half was scrappy even though I thought we were in control but in the second half we dominated the game."
