Mark Robins praises his players

Speaking on the Official Site Robins thought it was a magnificent performance.

"All praise must go to the players who played 75 minutes with just 10 men and then to win the game was testament to their character. I was pleased that we managed to restrict Port Vale to just one shot in the entire match and that came right at the end of the game."

He was dissapointed with the sending off of Marc Joseph:

"The referee played a big part in the game which was really disappointing.

"We want to try and keep all our players on the pitch and at the moment we are losing players for silly things. We should have dealt with the situation much better and I could see the incident coming because we were taking too much time on the ball."

On the injury to Mark Burchill he said:

"Mark has picked up a hamstring injury and we will see how serious it will be over the next 24 hours.
