Knill shell shocked as Millers throw it away

Talking to www.themillers.co.uk after the final whistle, he said: "I am shell shocked and disappointed, if you are happy to sit back you invite pressure and that's just what we did.

"You can shout from the side but it's the players on the pitch who determine it, we spoke about the two goals. It's mental strength, you have to be strong mentally and stay up the pitch.

"We were content to sit back and invite the pressure while in the first half we had been up the pitch. The key moment was conceding the penalty just before half time - at 2-0 it was game over. But then lack of concentration and poor defending and they were back in the game.

"At 2-1 the momentum was with them and it was up to us to take it away and play in their half but we didn't as we were happy just to stay where we were. It's another lesson for a young team that has done pretty well so we have to learn quickly otherwise it will be a tough year."
