It just wasn't our night - Robins

"Scunthorpe are a really strong outfit and my congratulations go out to them", said Robins talking to the official site after a 1-0 defeat on the night but a 3-0 aggregate scoreline.

"They were strong and resolute in defence and we just couldn't break them down. We worked very hard but in the end it just wasn't our night. I was disappointed with the goal that we conceded but to be fair to the players we had to push forward and try and get a goal.

"I am really disappointed because I wanted to give the supporters something to cheer about and go back to Wembley. We didn't lack effort but Scunthorpe's quality in attack shone through and it hurts because we were in touching distance of reaching Wembley.

"It will be a different game with the Sky cameras there at Wycombe next Monday, it is vital that we maintain our league form because the last couple of league games were very encouraging."
