Speaking at the post match conference, Mick said. "Obviously I'm very dissapointed again, this has gone on too long. There's obviously a major problem, we're losing games and its not a one off, it's happened too often. The problem is in defending."

Asked how he intended to rectify the problem, "Maybe by bringing in new players and changing the personel over, I'm dissapointed with the performances of the of the players."

"The window opens in January, and I'll get some players in and freshen it up. I'm not accepting what i saw today in terms of the way we conceded goals. Write what you like, we absolutely murdered them today and we gave to absolutely stupid goals away. You can't win games if you do that."

Asked if that meant transfers in January, "I'm making no excuses for the players, it was'nt good enough at the other end and it was'nt good enough at the other end, in the attacking end. The ball did'n drop for us, people have to creat chances for themselves, they can't rely on other people."

"One end aint good enough and the other is'nt good enough. I think the commitment and the workrates there, but theres a problem and the only way to sort it is to work your socks off and bring some new players in at the window and change it around."

Harford was asked if he had got the green light to bring players in, "Well the restraints are on big time obviously there will be have to movement out before there is movement in, and the problem is moving people out and getting the right people to improve your squad."

"We have no competition in the squad at the moment, we have 16 or 17 people at the club and with injuries and suspensions its tough. Shaun Barker is now suspended for a game as well."

Looking towards the busy and daunting Christmas period, Mick said, "We can beat anyone of them, anybody can beat anyone in this league, look at today with Bristol City beating Huddersfield. The last 2 games have been totally exactly the same game for us, we bang on the door but cant break them down and gave goals away."

"I expect to win everytime we put a team out, I pick them team and I expect to win, we didnt win and that dissappoints me. We should be beating teams like Swindon and Yeovil no two means about it, and I'll take responsilibity for it. We should be winning games not losing them and thats the bottom line."

Asked if he would consider his position, "I'm judged on results, we're not getting results, it's obviously upto the chairman and the board of directors to look at that. You could play the best football in the world but if your getting beat every week the manager gets the sack, I know the law of the jungle and if carries on then I'll get the bullet, I'm not stupid. They're probably considering it now, but I'm judged on results so I can understand that, but I will never give up on anything."
