Hard work to be done - Knill

Speaking at the post match press conference, Knill was again dissapointed to have lost the game, but thought the performance had been better than of late.

"It was a hard fought game but you cant concede three goals, we scored two but you cant concede three. The times you concede and the times you concede kill you."

"Those that were at Millwall, you would definately taken the first half, it was a lot better but its all about goals, the good thing is that the lads kept going to the end, but theres a lot of hard work to be done thats for sure."

"We scored a good goal and they go and score stright away, the ball comes in and its a free header. It's a lack of organisation from the set peice, we do it in training, we did it yesterday and then they go to sleep so its one all. I thought the game was even first half, the next goal you dont want to concede, especially straight after half time. But we concede from a set peice and it makes it difficult."

"Where I'm sat at the moment the question is can we not concede! Every time the ball came into our box it looked like we were going to be in trouble, it was a great goal by Woodsy, its been long overdue, hes got great talent but obviously we're dissapointed in conceding three."

"The first half had everything you want in a local derby, it had passion, commitment and pride, I thought we had it most of first half but the second half goals kill you."

"For us to get out of the situation we're in we need to defend, its alright scoring goals but you can't concede three."

"I thought Chris O'Grady looked dangerous first half, I thought he looked powerful, storng and he caused them loads of problems especially down the side, but second half we just couldnt get the ball down the side. Theres lots to work on with Chris, he wants to work everyday, he wants to get better."

"At the moment it's not Chris O'Grady that concerns me, what conerns me is conceding the goals."
