"It was hard fought game, there was nothing in the first half, but I thought second half I thought we dominated and camped in their half apart from one chance they should have scored but we could have had four or five."

"We've passed the ball and changed the system a little but with substitutions and theyve introduced something else into our game and helped us get the points."

"We got in thier faces at half time, we can play the best teams in the Football League and we can go toe to toe with them with the players we've got. But theres a mental block in there when we dont play these teams and we've got to get that out which we went a long way to show we can do today with the second half showing."

"I thought Courtney Cameron and Kieran Agard were outstanding, they got the ball and they've both got great pace and the game changed in our favour, we're fortunate and I'm greatful to have a special chairman that allows us to have a bench like that."

"Kieran (Agard) must be scratching his head apart from injury what he has to do to be in the side, I thought big Kayode looked more like himself, Cameron is a player thats going to play at a much higher level."

"We're not getting carried away, but we've come on the road and got a big win."

"It was a fantastic header from Kieran and I think their keeper possibly thought it was going wide. Kieran ran  as we built up the play on the left, he's ran 70 yards up the right just be in that box,"

"The whole dressing room is delighted for that young man; he is everything a professional should be, he's extremely fit and hard working and he's got a massive massive heart for the game."

"Any other day Nardiello would get us three or four goals, but his finishing was a bit askew today but your going to get that, theres been other days where he's been special.Today he missed a chance but worked hard and always got in a position to have another, that's the sign of a good striker. He never stopped until he came off."

With results going our way, the Millers moved into 4th place in League 2; "It's not about what happens in December. We're not very good according to some managers up there are we?

We're not going to get carried away, we know what it took to win here today and we all believe that last week we deserved a point. But we've come away from home and its difficult to get points away from home on a consistant basis but our away forms gone from abysmal to championship form if you take Dagenham out."

"We've got to keep our feet on the floor, the lads are in training again tomorrow and we'll prepare for Tuesday night."
