Better Performance
It was a changed Millers team that took the field at Turf Moor, Rob Scott returned from injury and Leandre Griffit started in place of Andy Monkhouse.

"I thought we played pretty well today and dominated the whole game, but realistically they scored two and we scored one."

We got off to a great start with a great header from Phil Gilchrist from a set piece, and then we concede two goals. When your lucks against you when were you are in the league there the sort of goals you concede. At the far post Leandre slips and for the second Rob Scott gets a foot on it, comes off the lads head and fly's in the top corner."

"We went into the second half after having a couple of chances towards the end of the first half to level it, I thought we came for the second half the stronger team and the team more likely to win it."

Chance
Speaking about Will Hoskins chance in the second half, "Will's got through and got one on one with their keeper, he's waited for the keeper to go down to just nip it over him, but he didnt go down and stoop up and made a good save. But I'm sure that if the opportunity again comes to Will he will have learned from that and he'll put it in the back of the net. Hursty was unlucky with the free kick that hit the post."

"Even though its obviously dissapointing and we're all sick of losing. The performance was better, but I'm saying that every week. We just need that win and need to lose this mentality at the moment where its easy to lose."

"The second half we were the better team but just didnt have the finish, the quality when we got around the edge of the box we just didnt have that finish. Credit to the players as they just kept on going but unfortunately 2-1 it's another loss again."

Phil Gilchrist had a chance in the last minute to earn a point for the Millers "The balls falen to him on the wrong foot, he's hit it and the keepers made a
Keane to impress!! boom boom
good save. Positive that we're going forward and we're trying to get back into the game but obviously negative that we've lost."

"We were running bare with injurys so we had to do something, Leandre Griffit's come from Southampton and Michael Keane from Hull. I took Leandre off at half time, I thought he might need another week just to get used to the pace as hes only been playing reserve team football, and I put Michael Keane on who I thought did well."
