“I think it was as poor a performance as I’ve seen from us for a while,” said Evans. “If I watched the DVD I wouldn’t be watching it long as it’s two poor teams and it was just a scrap. They started better than us though and they’re probably disappointed not to be 2-0 ahead after 20 minutes." Evans told the clubs official website.
“We got in at half-time, changed it around and just as we were getting on top there was a possible foul on Alex and they go up the other end and stick it in the net, but if that’s our performance levels it’s not good enough.”
