“In the first half I thought we stood off them a little, maybe that came from a poor start, but I was really happy with the second half,” said Evans speaking to themillers.co.uk.
“We regrouped and got back level straight away, and we spoke about stepping it up second half, passing and moving the ball quicker and using the width and I think we probably were unfortunate not to win it more comfortably.
"It’s a tough Accrington team, possibly the best in years so we’re pleased with the win”
