Rotherham Hospice Charity Cricket! Full details

The event, which is being promoted through pubs, clubs, with posters and on Facebook, is jointly organised by MAD messageboard user Danny Leeming, details about the event are as follows.

The event is a Charity game for the Rotherham Hospice, and people are invited to come along and watch a John Breckin XI against Upper Haugh XI at Upper Haugh's cricket ground, Rawmarsh on Sunday 5th July, 2pm start.

John's team is confirmd as being: Himself, Mark Robins, Ronnie Moore, John Sheridan, Mark Crossley, Billy Mercer, Ian Breckin, Richard Finney, Nick Daws, Steve Taylor, Howard Crossley and Steve McVann.

It's a £2 entrance fee, KIDS FREE, with raffles, a bouncy castle, bar and hot food available, plus loads more newly announced 'extras'.

The raffle has over 25 prizes, 1st Prize £300 voucher for a holiday with Leger Holidays, £90 taxi fare care of Crab a Cab,Tickets to see Warhorse in the New London Theatre, Meal at Hellaby Hall, loads and loads of wine spirits etc. and 5 toning table sessions at KDM beauty in Brinsworth.

Also running will be an auction at half time with a signed Manchester United Football, Signed England Cricket team Photo, Signed Emmerdale photos, props and signed Rotherham United items.

The event is all in memory of Danny's dad Anthony Leeming who died in Rotherham Hospice last year, all monies raised will go to the Hospice.
