The programme was nominated for the best in League 2 and the overall Football League programme.
The Millers won the League 2 award beating Burton Albion, but Scunthorpe United won the overall award.
Speaking to the clubs official website, the Millers Media Officer Matthew Young said; "We are delighted at winning this prestigious award, This award is great news for the club and we couldn't have won it without the dedicated effort of our designer, Jamie Souter, and our contributors who have all worked tremendously hard over the past year."
"I have to give special mention to Alex White, Ben Shepherd, Jonathan Veal and Chris Galea who have all played a major part in the club winning this accolade." he added.
"As a club we are really proud to come top of the table in the matchday programme category. There are a lot of passionate and dedicated individuals who work tirelessly behind the scenes and this award is testament to one of many hard working departments at the club." Commercial Director Steve Coakley added.
