Brentford need to win one more match to return to League One following a 3-0 win over Accrington Stanley at Griffin Park. Williams gave the Bees a great start in the 8th minute, with Dickson extending the lead in the 41st minute. The win was completed in the 54th minute when Clarkson scored from the penalty spot. Brentford 1st, Accrington Stanley 17th.

Exeter City could claim back to back promotions next weekend following a 1-0 away win against Lincoln City at Sincil Bank. They had to rely on a Burch own goal in the 88th minute to claim the win. Lincoln City 13th, Exeter City 2nd.

Wycombe Wanderers could be heading back up to League One following a 3-0 win over Aldershot Town at Adams Park. Akinde gave the home side a 7th minute lead, but then had to be patient to extend the lead. A Newman own goal in the 52nd minute, followed by a Phillips strike in the 67th minute eventually secured the points. Wycombe Wanderers 3rd, Aldershot Town 15th.

Bury are in the chase for automatic promotion as well as they saw off Macclesfield at Gigg Lane with a 3-0 win - their 13th home success of the season. Bishop struck for the home side after just 4 minutes, with Hurst netting a brace with goals in the 57th and 75th minutes. Bury 4th, Macclesfield 20th.

Gillingham are still in with a shout of automatic promotion, but guaranteed a play-off place with a 1-0 away win over Chesterfield at Saltergate. McCammon scored the only goal of the game in the 22nd minute. Chesterfield 8th, Gillingham 5th.

Rochdale seem destined to the play-offs again this year, following a 2-0 home defeat in front of the Sky Sports cameras at Spotland agsinst Darlington. A stunning strike from Kennedy in the 4th minute was just the start the visitors wanted, which was followed with a McArdle own goal in the 66th minute. Rochdale 6th, Darlington 12th.

Shrewsbury Town claimed just their 2nd away of the season against Rotherham United at the Don Valley Stadium. Chadwick gave the Shrews a 44th minute lead, with Taylor levelling in the 70th minute. A Sharps own goal 6 minutes later gave the Shropshire side a timely boost if they are to make the end of season play-offs. Rotherham United 14th, Shrewsbury Town 7th.

Is it too little too late for Dagenham & Redbridge to make the play-offs? They staked their claim by comdeming Bradford City to their 13th away defeat of the season with a 3-0 win at Victoria Road. Saunders gave the Daggers a 57th minute lead, which was added to in the 81st and 86th minutes with goals from Benson and Strevens. Dagenham & Redbridge 9th, Bradford City 11th.

Morecambe also harbour an outside chance of a play-off place following a 1-0 win over Notts County at Christie Park. Duffy scored the only goal of the game to leave the Cumbrian side 3-points shy of the play-off places. Morecambe 10th, Notts County 18th.

Goals wither side of half time settled matters at Underhill as Barnet and Luton Town saw out a 1-1 draw. Birchall have the home side a 45th minute lead as Jarvis levelled 4 minutes after the start. Barnet 16th, Luton Town 24th.
It's just as well that Port Vale have done enough to avoid any final day drama's as they are safe in League Two for another season, loosing 3-0 to Grimsby Town at Blundell Park. Conlon gave the Mariners a 4th minute lead, which was added to by Jarman in the 21st minute. Conlon completed a brace with his second in the 49th minute to leave Grimsby 4 points and one place above the drop zone. Grimsby Town 22nd, Port Vale 19th.

Chester City look favourites to join Luton Town in the Conference next season as they slipped to their 11th home defeat of the season at the Deva Stadium against AFC Bournemouth. Pitman scored after 3 minutes with Robinson securing the 2-0 win, and 3 vital points, with a goal in the 79th minute. Chester City 23rd, AFC Bournemouth 21st.
