Wycombe Wanderers returned to winning ways against Accrington Stanley at Adams Park. Mullin had given Stanley a surprise 16th minute lead. Murdock put the ball past his own keeper in the 24th minute to level for the home side. Harrold then netted an 80th minute winner for the Chairboys to allow the home side to claim 3 vital points. Wycombe Wanderers 1st, Accrington Stanley 18th.

Brentford pulled off a great result on the road against Shrewsbury Town at the New Meadow with a superb 3-1 away win - their 6th away win of the season. A hat trick in the opening half hour from Rhodes (2nd min, 17th min, 29th min) set the tone of the game. Holt pulled one back in the 68th minute for the home side. Shrewsbury Town 9th, Brentford 2nd.

Bury compounded Luton Town's relegation fear with a 2-1 over the Hatters at Kenilworth Road. Hall had given the home side a 36th minute lead only to see Bishop level in the 59th minute and Morrell score the winner in the 66th minute. Luton Town 24th, Bury 3rd.

Darlington secured a single goal victory at Victoria Road against Dagenham & Redbridge. Abbott scored the only goal of the game in the 74th minute. Dagenham & Redbridge 8th, Darlington 4th.

Gillingham recorded their 5th win on the road against Chester City at the Deva Stadium. Barcham scored the only goal of the game in the 79th minute. Chester City 20th, Gillingham 5th.

Rochdale went off like a rocket against Aldershot Town at the Recreation Ground with a stunning first half performance which saw the Dale go 4-up before the break. A Thompson hat trick in the 17th, 23rd and 34th minutes ensured that the match ball was heading back up the M6. Toner made it 4 just before the break. Morgan pulled one back in the 75th minute with a Davies penalty in the 81st minute. Aldershot Town 13th, Rochdale 6th.

Bradford City had to be patient against 10-man Grimsby Town at Valley Parade to secure their 7th home win of the season. Law gave City a 75th minute with Jones securing the win in the 93rd minute. Bradford City 7th, Grimsby Town 22nd.

Exeter City got their season back on track with a 2-1 win over Barnet at St James's Park. Saunders gave City a 21st minute lead with Furlong levelling for the Bees just before the break. Gill secured the win in the 73rd minute. Exeter City 10th, Barnet 21st.

Chesterfield secured a single goal victory over Notts County at Meadow Lane after Talbot scored the only goal in the 37th minute. Notts County 14th, Chesterfield 11th.

AFC Bournemouth will be licking their wounds having been pegged back to a 3-3 draw against Lincoln City at Sincil Bank. N'Guessan gave the Imps a 19th minute lead, with Molesley levelling in the 36th minute. The Cherries, through Pitman, netted a brace of penalties in the 65th and 77th minutes. Beevers pulled one back in the 86th minute with Frecklington breaking Cherries hearts with a 95th minute equaliser. Lincoln City 12th, AFC Bournemouth 23rd.

After a recent blip, Rotherham United claimed their 7th home win of the season against Macclesfield at the Don Valley Stadium. Hudson gave the Millers a 12th minute lead with Reid doubling the advantage in the 76th minute. Rotherham United 19th, Macclesfield 15th.

It was honours even as Morecambe and Port Vale could only manage a draw at Christie Park. Stanley gave the home side a 4th minute lead only to see Richman level in the 43rd minute. Morecambe 17th, Port Vale 16th.
