"The results hurt more than the criticism. When you lose you are going to get criticism, I am not expecting everyone to pat me on the back because people are passionate about their football club." Soctt said.
"Some people get angry and don't look at the facts of how we have performed. Criticism is something you have to deal with, I'd rather take it than the players so they can concentrate on their game."
