"If I'm honest I just smashed the ball towards goal and luckily it went in, but it's another goal scored for the season", he explained.
"I thought the whole team battled well. Mansfield were starting to get on top a bit when myself and Derek (Holmes) were sent on and it changed our fiortunes. Obviously the goal played a big part but the team played well and it was a deserved three points."
Yates has enjoyed breaking into the Millers first team aquad this season, along with a few of the other young guns and continued: "From a personal point of view the highlights have been my goals.
"I would have liked to have played a litte more from the start so next season I will be looking to push on as much as I can. As a team we want to be up there challenging again."
