Wiseman who scored his first senior goal on Saturday to earn the Millers a vital three points told the official site, "It wasn't exactly a cracking shot, it took a deflection so it was one of those things. It doesn't matter whether it was a big deflection or just a slight one it was a goal for Rotherham and that was the most important thing".

He then went on to mention the tiring conditions of the game, "At the end of the game all the lads were tired as we have had a busy month so for all those lads who have played in all the games, it has been very tough to battle so well especially in that sun.

"It was unexpected for it to be so warm at this time of the year so it was great to produce such a good performance. We were pegged back twice but it shows the spirit in the camp how we went forward to get the winner.

"You need that spirit when you aren't playing at your best. I am really enjoying my time here at Rotherham where there is good competition for places."
