Speaking to Radio Sheffield earlier this evening, Coleman told the listening Millers fans that transfer target Lee Williamson was not about to leave the club today.

"We've been talking to a couple of clubs today, one in particular towing and throwing. we've been dealing with Lee's agent for the last 2 days."

"We want Lee to play his football at Rotherham and as of now thats what he will be doing. Lee will be playing tomorrow night, that's if the manager picks him."

Asked if Williamson was happy staying at Rotherham, Dennis replied with "Yeah, Ive just come off the phone to his agent, he's spoke to Lee and he's very happy."

"We've had a lot of intrest in Lee but at the end of the day nobody has come up with our valuation of him. So as things stand he's here for another year and we will try and extend that to another year. Somebody will have to come up with a really good offer to move him."

"We're serious about building this team up, Alan's built a fantastic squad up and we're now a match for anybody in this division, it's just unfortunate that we're on the minus 10."

Asked about the new contract offered to Willo, "We will keep talking to Lee and his agent. Hopefully we can convice that we are building for the future here and things are going to happen."

Denis went on to plead with the Rotherham public to back the club, "I'd just like to say to the supporters that we have proved that we will do everything we can to get the Millers back up there! It's thier turn now."

"Them who have been coming have been fantastic the support home and away, but we need more down there to get behind them."
