Striker Brett Williams has returned to parent club Reading after his loan deal with the Millers expired.
The 24 year-old netted two goals during his two loan spells which were broken up by an injury.
At this stage it is thought that Reading will loan Williams elsewhere to give him more first team opportunities, as he won't be returning to Don Valley.
