Talking to the clubs official website - themillers.co.uk Andy Scott said the 22 year old needs to get games under his belt to get back in our team.
"Marcus had his ankle injury over Christmas and it has been stop/start for him this season," Scott said.
"We need him to get out and get some games to establish whether he will be a force for this club, and we need him to get some competitive games to do that. He hasn't taken the chances he has had with us at the moment, so this is a good opportunity for him to get some games elsewhere and for him to learn what is required to get into our first team. With Kieran Cadogan coming in this will obviously restrict his chances here so it was a good deal for everybody." he added.
