We must not panic - Robins

"As a manager, you've got to resist this knee-jerk thing," said Robins.

"I see the players on a daily basis and have an insight into them. Sure, I have options up front but it's important we are as strong as we can be. This is not a time to ring too many changes.

"The players have been fantastic. Some of them had dark times last season but they came through them.

"They're a good, professional bunch and they're really disappointed with themselves at the moment. What I do know is that they'll continue to work their socks off and as long as they do that then they'll win more than they don't."

The Millers entertain Bury at DVS on Tuesday evening, and Robins added: "Bury are flying at the moment but first we must focus on Macclesfield.

"They've sold a couple of players recently but they've still got some good ones and they're a side capable of beating anyone on their day.

"It's a very big game for us. It's a chance to redress the balance and get ourselves in a really good position."
