We mean business next season......

"We've bottomed out and we mean business next year." is the message the club are saying as the Millers play the last game of the season tomorrow.

Assistant boss John Breckin is wanting to finish with a high and show the team are good enough to go up; "We are now beating teams that are at the top end of the table and we are hoping to end on a win and spoil Exeter's party, We'd like to finish in what would be a top-three position if you add those 17 points back on. It will be a fantastic thing to achieve considering everything that's gone off this year." he said.

"Mark is drilling it into the lads that we want to finish on a high and then we can start looking towards next season. When you look back and thing what we've actually done at the club it's amazing. This time last year we were signing players and still thinking we were going to be at Millmoor and then we had the financial problems."

"For what the chairman has done, he deserves a massive pat on the back from me, Mark and everyone at the club. The chairman deserves every credit for moving things along. Mark and I sit back at times and marvel at what has gone off."

"The fans stuck by us by buying their season tickets and that's been great. 1 hope they get behind us this weekend, We also hope they do the same this summer because it will enable us to go out and get the players we want." he added.

"We need the fans. It isn't ideal at Don Valley but we do have a league football club and now the future looks bright. We will have the new training ground soon and then hopefully a new ground and Mark has signed a four-year contract because he has faith in the club. We have turned the corner now and this club will go on to better things next season."
