Speaking to Real Radio after the game on Saturday, Knill thanked the 3000 fans that went to support the Millers against Doncaster.

"I thought the fans were fantastic at Doncaster, we took 3000 and they were fantastic and we thank every one of them."

"The fans really need to get behind us and help us out of this, I know that the second half especially will have been difficult for them , but I'm sure we can turn it around if we have everybody's backing behind us."

"I work tirelesly to get us out of this situation and out of the bottom four, and I'm still confident that we can and that I can do it. I'm just glad to see the back of December and January to be honest."

Knill then spoke about his search to boost his defence, "We just cant keep a clean sheet, and if its like Martin Woods goal which is a great goal then ok, but we're not conceding great goals, we're conceding poor goals which upsets me."

"You dont have to be a rocket scientist to work out that if you keep conceding goals your going to end up in trouble, we're having to score four to win. I would be happy with just scoring one and keeping a clean sheet. But I'll keep working hard and hopefully bring somebody in and give us a sparkle." he added.
