The 21 year-old, who has the same amount of appearances under is belt at Vicarage Road but all off the subs bench, joins after injury to Ryan Taylor and a doubt over Ian Thomas-Moore's fitness.
6ft 1inch Henderson was previously on loan at Aldershot but played just one game after the sacking of Kevin Dillon earlier this season, and could be handed a debut tonight against Accrington.
The player has not ruled out the possibility of staying longer if required.
