"He has been in the dugout for many games, he is very experienced and you cannot put a price on that. I saw him after the game on Saturday. I was beating myself up a little and he was just a voice of calm. He talks football similar to me, he doesn't over complicate the game and a lot of my football beliefs have come through him."
