“It’s a reaction of disappointment, I thought we were more than good enough for a point. I did not think that apart from the goal and the one cleared from the line that they ripped us apart."

“We had one cleared from the line as well and Frecks had a shot blocked. Their keeper (Colin Doyle) was outstanding. I didn’t think there was much between the two teams. We just needed the ball to drop to us. Overall I am disappointed not to get something.”

“It was a scrappy Yorkshire derby, It was exciting for the neutral especially. I thought we should have come away with a point. There were not too many blatantly clear cut chances. There was a lot of fight and a lot of scraps, a typically Yorkshire derby in that respect."

“I thought Bradford defended really well, We had wave upon wave of balls into the box and they got their head on everything. Today just wasn’t our day."

“I’ve said to the lads when we go away. People have got a lot of respect for how we play and we cannot afford to start the game like that. We’ve worked all week on how to stop crosses into the box and they scored in the middle of our goal which was massively disappointing."

“I thought the lads kept to it although we were a little direct at times. We threw the kitchen sink at the end but it was not enough today.”

“If we had come here and lost and been outplayed, it would be have been a bigger blow, but I am proud of how we played.”
