Millers fans who bought into the ill-fated Buy-a-Brick scheme back in 2005 have been urged to verify thier details as the club board are set to commemorate their commitment by unveiling a plaque at the New York stadium.

Seven years have passed and MillersTrust have asked to confirm people's details and messages ahead of the plaque being made.

Over 1000 Millers bought a brick and the responce to the verification scheme has been good with over 700 of you already being in touch to confirm or update thier messages, However with the deadline being this weekend, MillersTrust are hoping for a late surge to help complete the scheme.

Speaking to the Advertiser, trust chairman Mark Thomas said; “We are now getting to the stage where are running out of time if people who originally joined the Buy-a-Brick scheme want to be a part of the plaque."

“We have contacted a lot of subscribers but there’s still 300 or so that we haven’t been able to get in touch with, sometimes it’s because they have stopped going or have changed emails and phone numbers. We will make a concerted effort to get in touch with everyone on the database but it would help us if people caught up with us before the Hereford game.”

“Numerous people have also expressed thanks because they have been able to change their original messages. These people gave their support to the club at a difficult time and we want to make sure they are commemorated.”

You can update your details at Don Valley Stadium before the game tomorrow, MillersTrust will have a stand inside the ground adjacent to the club shop, it will be manned from 1:30pm - 2:45pm
