Speaking to Radio Sheffield, boss Mark Robins was a happy man and told of the events over the weekend.
"We were a little bit apart, we went our seperate ways for a while and I spoke to Adam later on and he'd had a rethink and told me he really wanted to come and play for us, which is what I exaclty wanted to hear." Robins said.
"He's moving away from Rochdale and he's been there a couple of years and he's been the top scorer for the last couple of years, he got 20 goals last season so the goals we've lost from Rueben hopefully we've replaced in Tom Pope and now we've increased that with the aquisition of Adam." he added.
