The 27 year old's contract at Brighton expires next summer, but he's not thinking about that at the moment he tells the star; "It is just a loan for now, I can't really look too far beyond that, you don't really know what's around the corner in football. It was the same last year when I came."

"For me, first and foremost I need to get back into the team because the lads have done quite well. I know it's not going to be easy, but I am not afraid to work hard. It's very, very early now to even try look beyond myself just trying to get into the team really."

"It was weird but it was good that when I came back it felt like I had never left, There are a couple of new faces player-wise but it is the same coaching staff and it is really the same team that won promotion. And I didn't have those first-day nerves where I had to make new friends, I knew all the lads already.  It was very, very easy to settle back in so it was very nice. It was easy for my family as well."

"I love football, I train really hard and I look after my body and I think I am really good professional, I always feel like I am ready to play. I am ready to go and hopefully the gaffer can see that over the next few days and put me in."
