The left back is a vital cog for the Gulls with his long throws and set play delivery, but picked up an injury at the weekend in the draw with Bristol Rovers and is a big doubt.
Meanwhile the Millers gaffer could have Scott Griffiths available after knee trouble but otherwise he has a full squad to pick from, minus Shaun Harrad who has returned to Bury.
“It’s about maintaining what we are doing defensively and improving going forward,” said Scott to the Star.
“This game is a big challenge but we have to believe in what we’re doing.”
