He explained to this week's Star: "I felt it was the right time for a change. I am very very proud of the programme I will be leaving behind having been in charge for the last 10 years.
"I'd like to thank everyone who has helped me to establish FITC as one of the leading community schemes in our region."
Todd will be replaced by Dale Spilby, to whom MillersMAD wish all the best in his new role.
