That's the longest I've scored from - OC

The 24-year-old Irishman put the Millers ahead with just a minute on the clock as they went on to give Bradford a 4-0 hammering.

“On the Friday in training we had little six-a-side games and I must have scored eight or ten goals so on Saturday Paul Raynor told me to make sure I get my shots away. As soon as Ben Pringle passed to me I saw the space and thought I'd strike it. I caught it sweet; I don't think I've caught one sweeter than that in my life." he told the 'Tiser.

“I can score from distance and close in but I think that's the longest range I've scored from. I took his advice and it paid off.” he added.

OC went on to look at the season so far; “I think we've been unlucky away. At Northampton for the first 20 minutes they were the better team but for the other 70 we were better. It was the same at Chesterfield, where we had 70 per cent possession. We just need to take our chances away from home."

“I think Port Vale have the biggest pitch in the league so we need to make use of that but we've been playing well and the training has been good. I think if we get a good away result then we'll get two or three wins on the bounce."

“We're not going to win the league in the first two or three months. It's going to be the business end around from January onwards when we'll be up there and we need to keep taking three points as we go.”
