Striker Shambles rumbles on

It's been a good 2 months since the Millers found out about Martin Butlers injury and illness, and we've tried just about everybody up front and still only scored 2 goals in the league.

Plenty of names have been rumoured to be joining the Millers on loan to replace the big striker until he returns. How many of them we've really tried for I dont know but i doubt its all of them.

The latest farce is in full swing! Tuesday saw the clubs official site told us fans that they were hoping that somebody would be signing for us in time to play on Saturday against Millwall!

That all depended on the club in question ringing us back to confirm that the player would be allowed to come.. The rumours are that its Leicester City's Trevor Benjamin, a 25 year old Striker.

However the club came out with a corker on Wednesday saying that although Benjamin was one of the players we're intrested in. We're still waiting for the call back from Leicester City!!? I hope that we've tried to ring them back!!! somehow I doubt it though as this is Rotherham United aka the Phoenix Club.

Is this just a smokescreen? is the club and Ronnie really bothering to try to sign somebody. as usual theres so many questions and no answers.

One thing is for sure, although we scored tonight we're finding goals damn hard to come by and Richie Barker isnt the answer I'm afraid despite all his effort.
